ARMM Governor Zaldy Ampatuan, thru his legal counsel, Sigfrid Fortun, filed a petition asking the Supreme Court to stop the Department of Justice from arresting members of their clan. The Ampatuans say the DOJ has no right to arrest other members of their family without a warrant of arrest.
